The Global Lead Firefighter's Challenge™ is a compelling experiential simulation that engages participants' intellect and emotions for significant learning of how effective leadership, diversity and inclusion strategies, and communication skills contribute to successful teamwork.
Simulation Description
The Global Lead Firefighter’s Challenge™ is an experiential simulation that leverages firefighter’s key leadership concepts. The objectives of the simulation can be custom tailored to your organization and include: experiencing the firefighter simulation; linking the experience to leadership, team effectiveness, diversity, inclusion, and communication; and identifying leadership behaviors that transform participants’ actions.
Simulation Specifications:
- Who Should Attend: Individuals, in-tact teams or crossfunctional teams required to work effectively toward a common goal
- Benefits: Participants will obtain the tools to reinforce importance of leadership, diversity and inclusion, and communication skills in achieving team effectiveness
- Class Size: Minimum of 30 participants; Maximum 50; Larger sessions can be delivered upon request
- Course Duration Options:
- Option 1: Standard Program: 3.5 hours (Basic experience and general debrief)
- Option 2: Custom Program: 6.0 hours (Full experience, custom debrief and detailed action planning)

Attendee Requirements: The experiential activity will require some attendees to be physically involved. Other attendees will be less physically involved, which allows for persons with different levels of physical abilities to actively participate and be engaged.
