Working Effectively across Cultures
This one or two-day program provides skills for operating in a specific national culture or cultures in contexts relevant to participants (e.g. as managers, as colleagues, as virtual teammates, etc.).

Intercultural Coaching
This program provides an individual with a cross-cultural coach who leads one through a process designed to address diversity and behavioral challenges. The coaching can be delivered face to face, or by telephone or email communication (depending on the client’s objectives).
