Our 6 New Global Offerings CulturalDexterity™ Training This one-day program focuses on building universal global competencies, connectivity, and sensitivity around cultural diversity. Working Effectively across Cultures This one or two-day program provides skills for operating in a specific national culture or cultures in contexts relevant to participants (e.g. as managers, as colleagues, as virtual teammates, etc.). Intercultural Coaching This program provides an individual with a cross-cultural coach who leads one through a process designed to address diversity and behavioral challenges. The coaching can be delivered face to face, or by telephone or email communication (depending on the client’s objectives). Power Pairs® and Global Power Teams™ These programs align teamwork expectations and behaviors between two individuals or among members of a team. Culture College® An educational experience in which participants are immersed in the values, icons, traditions, and practices of a national culture of interest. Corporate Culture Immersion/Cracking the Code This is an intensive two to three day off-site program designed to address the unique needs and challenges affecting target demographic groups.
